Q1. How do I join SuperEasy Rewards?

Simply call into your local participating EUROSPAR Supermarket and ask a member of staff for a SuperEasy Rewards card. When you have your card, log on to http://supereasyrewards.eurospar.ie to register your card on line. Once registration is complete, your card is ready to use.


Q2. I have tried to register but it says my email is already in use, what can I do?

A. If this scenario happens to you, this may be because you already have a card registered.Simply email your new card and mobile number to supereasy@eurospar.ie and a member of the SuperEasy rewards team will get in touch with you.


Q3. I've lost my card, what can I do?

A. If you have lost your card, call into your local participating EUROSPAR Supermarket and ask a member of staff for a new SuperEasy Rewards card. When you have the new card, email the new number to supereasy@eurospar.ie along with your mobile number. A member of the SuperEasy rewards team will then get in touch with you via email to confirm all your points and details have been transferred over to your new card.


Q4. I forgot my password, what can I do?

A. Simply log on to http://supereasyrewards.eurospar.ie and click on forgot password. Enter your card number and email address and a link will be emailed to you to set up a new password. If you have any issues with this process please email your card number to supereasy@eurospar.ie and a member of the SuperEasy rewards team will get in touch with you.


Q5. I forgot my card, what do I do?

A. If you arrive at the till and realise you have forgotten your card, simply inform a member of staff. Once your transaction is complete the staff member can take your receipt and add your points to your SuperEasy Rewards account.


Q6. How long do I have to use my points?

A. All points accrued on cards but not redeemed in the store of issue within 12 months will be deemed void and eliminated from the programme records. A notification will be sent to members to advise them in advance of this procedure taking place.


Q7. Can I use my points in another EUROSPAR store?

A. No, Points can only be used in the store that your card is registered to.
